Because fragrances are personal products, I’m unfortunately unable to accept returns simply because you’ve changed your mind or don’t love the scent once you’ve received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance bottles that have been opened or used also can’t be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s anything wrong with it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and a quick description of the problem. I’ll look into it and work with you to find the best solution.
